Chicken Anti-HMGB1 Antibody

Detection of Human and Mouse HMGB1/HMG1 byWestern Blot. Western blot shows lysates of HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line and mouse lactating tissues. PVDF membrane was probed with 1ug/ml of Chicken Human/Mouse HMGB1/HMG1 Affinity purified Polyclonal followed by HRPconjugated Chicken IgY Secondary. A specific band was detected for HMGB1/HMG1 at approximately 25kD (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 8.
